Everything a reviewer or journalist needs — boilerplate, screenshots, and the plain facts.
FittyBitty is a free iOS fitness app that generates a week of training from a stated goal and the equipment on hand, then tracks steps, hydration, meals and workouts against it. It needs no account, works offline, and keeps everything on the device — nothing is uploaded to a server. Built by Geoff Baron, FittyBitty is available now on the App Store.

Most fitness apps in this category run $70–90 a year, require an account, and keep the user's log on their servers. FittyBitty does the opposite: it is free, it asks for no account, and the plan is generated and stored on the phone itself. The unusual decision here is architectural — there is no backend to pay for, which is what makes free sustainable rather than a loss-leader.
