Report or block a competitor

On the Compete tab, tap the ⋮ menu next to anyone on the leaderboard to report or block them. Blocked users are hidden from all your leaderboards immediately. We review every report.

Manage your FittyBitty Premium subscription

Manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal anytime from your Apple ID: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → FittyBitty. To restore a subscription on a new device, open FittyBitty and tap Settings → FittyBitty Premium → Restore Purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Delete your data

Delete your competition data anytime in the app: Settings → Competition → Delete my competition data. On-device data is removed by uninstalling the app. You can also email us with "Delete my data" in the subject and we'll remove it within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. FittyBitty works fully without an account. If you want to compete with friends or family, the app creates an anonymous identity automatically — no email or password needed.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your daily todos, XP, streaks, and plan work entirely offline. Generating a brand-new plan needs an internet connection, but if it's unavailable a built-in coach creates your plan offline instead.

How do I compete with friends?

Go to the Compete tab and tap "Join now" with a display name. You'll get a 6-character friend code — share it, and others enter it to add you. You can also create private groups for families or teams. Competition is invite-only: people only see you if you add them or share a group.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the ⋮ menu beside any competitor on a leaderboard and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides them from you right away; you can unblock everyone later under Settings → Competition.

Can I change my workout plan?

Yes. Tap the pencil icon on the Plan screen to generate a fresh plan or update your profile and goals. To swap, copy, or toggle rest for a single day, tap the ⋮ menu on that day's row — from there you can swap it with another day, copy a workout onto a rest day, or toggle any day between workout and rest.

What workout styles are available?

15 styles across five categories — Strength & Power (Strength Training, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strongman), Conditioning (WOD-Style Functional Training, HIIT, Hybrid Racing), Bodyweight & Functional (Calisthenics, Functional Fitness), Endurance & Sport (Running/Endurance, Sports Performance, Boxing/Kickboxing), and Mind-Body (Yoga & Pilates, Healthy Aging). Pick as many as you like — each changes exercise selection, sets, reps, and rest times.

Does my plan account for the equipment I actually own?

Yes. Tell FittyBitty what equipment you have access to — from a single set of dumbbells to a full home gym — and every generated workout only uses exercises you can actually do with it. You can update your equipment anytime from Settings → Manage equipment, and your plan adapts automatically.

How does step tracking work?

FittyBitty reads your daily step count from Apple Health to automatically mark your steps goal complete — no manual entry. This is read-only: the app never writes anything to Health, and your step count is processed entirely on your device and never sent to our servers. You can manage this permission anytime in Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → FittyBitty.

What is FittyBitty Premium?

FittyBitty Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers). It unlocks AI food tracking — snap a photo of your meal, describe it by voice, or type it to get an estimate of its calories and macros — plus AI recipe ideas based on the macros you have left for the day. All the workout and competition features remain free. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

How do I start, cancel, or get a refund on Premium?

Subscribe from the paywall in the app (for example, tap "Log food" on the Today tab). Manage or cancel anytime in Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → FittyBitty — cancel at least 24 hours before your period ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

How does AI food logging work, and are my photos stored?

When you log a meal, the photo you take (or the text/voice description) is sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) to estimate calories and macros, then the estimate is returned. Voice is transcribed on your device — we don't upload audio recordings — and meal photos and descriptions are not stored on our servers after the estimate is returned. Your food-diary entries and any meal photos are saved locally on your device. Every estimate is fully editable before you save it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Are AI recipes safe for allergies?

AI-generated recipes are suggestions only. Always review the ingredient list for allergens and anything unsuitable for your diet, and consult a professional for medical dietary needs. FittyBitty's estimates and recipes are for general wellness and are not medical or nutritional advice.

Is my data safe?

Your fitness and food-diary data stays on your device. If you use the competition feature, only your display name, XP, and streak are stored on our servers (Supabase), visible only to friends and groups you invite. Meal photos and descriptions are processed to generate an estimate and are not retained on our servers. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
