By downloading or using FittyBitty ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FittyBitty is a fitness planning application that generates personalized workout plans and daily task lists from the goals and equipment you provide, and lets you log workouts, meals, water and weight against them, with an AI coach you can talk to. The plan, workouts and logging are free. The coach includes a free daily allowance of messages and meal-photo estimates, and an optional subscription, Coach Unlimited, removes that limit. No account is needed.
The App is for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout plans, nutrition targets and exercise recommendations are general guidance and approximations only — they may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for medical, clinical, or therapeutic purposes. Always consult a physician or registered dietitian before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, allergies, injuries, an eating disorder, or are pregnant. You use the App's recommendations at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
The App requires no account, email address or password, and stores your data on your own device. Because we keep no server-side copy, uninstalling the App permanently deletes everything it holds — please back up anything you want to keep before removing it or changing devices.
FittyBitty is free to download and use, with no advertising. Coach Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Apple's App Store at the price shown in the App before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App has no accounts, no social features and no user-to-user content, so there is nothing to moderate between users. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by Geoff Baron. Exercise demonstration photographs are sourced from the free-exercise-db project (public domain). You may not redistribute the App or its assets without permission.
Workout plans are generated on your device by a built-in rule-based coach working from a curated exercise library. The coach's chat replies and meal-photo calorie estimates are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Generated plans, replies, calorie estimates, nutrition targets and exercise recommendations are approximate general guidance and may not suit your circumstances. Review them before relying on them, and do not treat them as a substitute for professional advice.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without notice. The coach's chat and photo features need an internet connection; the rest of the App works offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FittyBitty and its developer shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, allergic reactions, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the App. This includes, without limitation, injuries sustained while performing exercises recommended by the App and any consequences of relying on its generated plans or nutrition targets.
We may discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. Your data stays on your device and is unaffected by any such decision. If we discontinue Coach Unlimited, we will stop renewals.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
